Artificial Intelligence is entering a new era – one driven by autonomous agents capable of reasoning, analyzing, and building actionable strategies. At Prodware, we integrate these innovations into business processes to turn data and ideas into performance drivers.

Two agents already stand out for their impact:

  • The Research Agent – your AI consultant for strategy
  • The Analyst Agent – your data intelligence powerhouse

The Research Agent: An AI Consultant for Strategic Thinking

Think of it as a virtual business strategist. It helps analyze, plan, and design complex strategies.

Example: Building a Marketing Plan
Starting from a detailed prompt (“Create a full marketing plan over several months“), the agent:

  • Interprets the business context
  • Asks clarifying questions to validate understanding
  • Reformulates needs
  • Structures deliverables (blogs, webinars, social posts, etc.)
  • Suggests an optimized timeline for deployment

The result? Not just an Excel table, but a well-structured analysis with visuals, infographics, and actionable summaries.
It even explains why it recommends certain actions and in what order.

This depth of reasoning turns AI into a true strategic assistant – delivering in one hour what could take days of human effort.

The Analyst Agent: Intelligence at the Service of Data

Where Copilot for Excel requires perfectly structured data, this agent handles raw data from multiple sources (CSV, ERP, CRM, Excel files, external datasets…).

Its added value:

  • Understands the business context behind the numbers
  • Cross-references unstructured data to extract trends
  • Generates Python code to analyze, model, and visualize data as smart charts
  • Self-corrects coding errors — just like a real data analyst

Activation & Prerequisites

To access these agents, you need:

  • A Microsoft 365 license
  • A Copilot for Microsoft 365 license, enabling the assistant in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and more

Once activated, AI agents appear directly in the Copilot interface, alongside your existing conversations.
Authorized users can:

  • Select their favorite agents
  • Track analysis sessions
  • Interact with agents based on their access rights

Because these tools are powerful and resource-intensive, Microsoft restricts access to profiles approved by IT. Activation should always include a governance and security review.

Prodware’s Approach: From Assistant to AI Strategy

We support businesses at three levels:

1. Discovery & Scoping

  • Identify relevant use cases
  • Train teams on Copilot and AI agents

2. Deployment & Integration

  • Activate licenses and configure agents
  • Map usage to avoid redundant tools

3. Advanced Customization

  • Build tailored AI agents via Copilot Studio
  • Connect to internal data (CRM, ERP, SharePoint) to create specialized agents for HR, finance, marketing, operations…

This approach ensures AI aligns with your business priorities – maximizing productivity while maintaining data control.

A New Logic: One Copilot per Employee, One Agent per Process

This is Microsoft’s vision:

  • Every employee has a Copilot integrated into daily tools
  • Every business process—marketing, sales, finance, HR, production—can be enhanced by a dedicated AI agent

The two agents we’ve introduced (Research and Analyst) are just the beginning. Expect specialized models for customer service, supply chain, accounting, and sales performance management soon.
